TRIVIA
NIGHT - SAT 11 JULY

The
Club is holding a Trivia Night on Saturday
the 11th of July starting at 6.30pm.
You
are all invited to come along and meet
some new people and have a fun night
out at your Club. So get together with
your team mates or parents and organise
a table for your team and get behind
this social event.
Places
are limited, so you will need to get
in quick and book a table for your team.
Tables are
limited to the first 10 teams to enter consisting of teams of
6-10 people.
The
cost for the night is $10 per person for the night including light snacks.
There will be a full bar service on the night available.

Skills Sessions are now on a break for the
school holidays. The Skills Sessions will restart on Monday
13th July at 5:45pm.

SOCCER BREAK FOR HOLIDAYS

Kindy
Soccer is now on a break for the
school holidays. The Kindy Soccer
program will restart on Sunday
19th July at 9:30am. New
participants are able to join the program
at anytime during the season.

Our
next Brisbane Premier League home game
is Saturday the 25th of July
versus Peninsula Power.
We
have played Powere twice already this
year, with each time our boys going
down by a 1 goal margin, so this time
around we will be ready to avenge our
previous losses. So
come out o and support
our Premier League team and show your
support for the mighty green and gold.

JUNIOR
SKILLS SESSIONS KICK OFF
|
|
Our
popular Junior Skills Sessions have
started back this season.
These
are FREE
sessions as part of the Club's Junior
Development Program. These programs
are
designed to develop individual player
skills and focus on elements of
first touch and core stability.
The
programs are open to all players at Mt
Gravatt from U6-U14. The programs are
coordinated by our Junior Director of
Coaching (Doug Hind) and will include
our qualified coaches and senior players.
Monday
Nights: U11, U12, U13 and U14 Players
Thursday
Nights: U6, U7, U8, U9 and U10 Players
All
players must bring a ball, boots,
shin pads and water bottle. Sessions
will start at 5:45pm and run until
6:45pm.

15 PLAYERS WANTED

We
are offerring any players wishing to
play U15 Div 2 and 3 significantly reduced
memberships as a result of a number
of players who left the Club and have
forfeited their registration fees.

There are still
limited vacancies in the following age groups:
U11, U12,
U15 Boys and U18 Girls
Given
that the season has already commenced,
any new players will be offerred reduced
registrations based on a pro-rata basis.
If you are interested
in playing in 2009 please contact our Juniors

977 698 to arrange sign on. All new players
will have to provide a proof
of their date of birth (birth certificates and passports only accepted).

KINDY
SOCCER
|
Our
Kindy Soccer Program is designed
for 3 to 5 year olds wishing
to get involved in the world game.
The program runs
on Sundays from 9:30-10:30 from
March until August. New players
can join at anytime.
The
cost is $5 to register and $5 per session.
We ask that parents come at 9:15am
to allow time for registration
forms to be completed. The kids
will need to wear closed in shoes and
bring a water bottle.

Games/training at Mt Gravatt - we
will endeavour to update
this website with any
information in regards
to the field condition at
Mt Gravatt as soon as
we know whether they
will be closed. A
red bar will be at the
top of the page if games/training
are called off and a
yellow bar will be across
the top of the page
if we are monitoring
the situation. If
there is no bar at the
top of the page, assume
the games/training will
be going ahead so turn
up ready to play/train.
This information in
regards to games only
will also be available
through Football Brisbane.
Do NOT ring Mt
Gravatt Hawks Soccer
Club Inc. or any of
the officials asking
them if games/training
are on as there are
more efficient methods
in place.
